Germany has risen to the top spot after beating Czech Republic 2-1 and thrashing Norway 6-0 in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Argentina and Belgium took the forth and Fifth ranking. Iceland (20, up 2) are the only team to enter the top 20, with the Netherlands (21, down 1) dropping out.
With just 22 international matches being played over the past month, there were not many changes in the ranking.
