It is the first FIFA Women’s World Cup to be hosted by two countries Australia – AFC, New Zealand – OFC. The FIFA Women’s World Cup kicks off on 20 July to play the final at the Sydney Olympic Stadium on August 20. The 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup groups are divided into 8 groups where 32 teams are participating in the tournament, 8 more than the last edition. The 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup will be the 9th edition of the FIFA Women’s World Cup and will begin with hosts France vs South Korea. The tournament is divided into F groups between the 24 teams and a total of 52 matches will be played to determine the Winner of the tournament.
