Manchester United expect to sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in the next 48 hours, reportedly he could play for Jose Mourinho’s side this weekend. Alexis Sanchez to enter Manchester United and Man Utd target Alexis Sanchez could reportedly follow in Cristiano Ronaldo’s footsteps by donning the No 7 shirt at Old Trafford.
Sanchez could make his debut for the Red Devils on Saturday, with his move to Old Trafford, he is expected to play this week.
Last week, Sanchez appeared to be edging towards a move to Manchester City. Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola attempted to sign him last summer and was keen to bring him to the Ethiad Stadium during the current window.
But City sensationally pulled out of the deal, giving Mourinho free chance to sign Sanchez.
This transfer could cost up to £65million for Manchester United.

Initially, Sanchez hoped that he would stay until the end of the season. Arsenal wants Henrikh Mkhitaryan to be included in the deal.
Arsene Wenger has been planning for life without Sanchez as he identifies Brazilian star Malcolm and Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as targets for the remainder of the January transfer window.
Arsenal has reportedly made a breakthrough in their pursuit of Aubameyang, with the Gabon international agreeing terms over a move to the Emirates.
Sanchez’s proposed move to Old Trafford could yet fail through, however, with Mino Raiola claiming United will not be able to secure a deal unless Arsenal agrees to terms with Mkhitaryan.
