The Qatar World Cup Qualification for Oceanic section is scheduled from January/February 2022, for the national teams which are associated with or are a member of the Oceania Football Confederation(OFC). There is a total of 1 slot from 11 teams. For qualification, there is a three-round.
OFC announced on 28 July 2020 that they have sent a proposal to FIFA about the qualification in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. But the condition of COVID-19 was not in control so the qualification matches have been postponed to different dates. Now OFC announces the date in January 2022.
In the format for the first round, the 11 teams will split into two groups five teams in one group, and in another group, there will be 6 teams. In the second team, 4 teams will play knockout two-legged home-and-away matches then the winner will advance to the third round.

The qualification was originally scheduled for September 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all the matches were postponed. On 5 November 2022 OFC announced that the qualification matches would be postponed to March 2021 but after the case condition of COVID-19 OFC was again postponed to January 2022.
First round
11 teams are participating and all teams are split into two groups based on their FIFA ranking. All the matches that are possible will take place from January 2022.
