Belgium Men’s National Team has represented Belgium in international football since 1904 and is one of the first mainland European teams. Belgium National Football Teams History
Beerschot Athletic Club, On 11 October 1900 announced that Belgium would host a series of challenge matches in Antwerp which takes on Europe’s best football teams. After some major organizational difficulties under the shadow of Cees van Hasselt, the first tournament was played with Belgium vs Dutch on 28 April 1901.
In 1904, Belgium played their first-ever official game against France at the Stade Vivier d’Oie in Uccle. There were 1,500 spectators for the matches and they ended in a 3-3 draw.
