The 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup is the edition of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup hosted in India. It is another big opportunity for India to hold any FIFA tournament before the previous success. It will be the 1st time that India host a FIFA women’s football tournament.
The 2018 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup was held in Uruguay, where Spain was the champion after beating Mexico 2–1 in the Final. Now, in 2022 India has qualified for tournaments as a host, and the remaining 16 teams playing qualification round starting on 24 June 2022 at the FIFA headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland.
