The Los Angeles Football Club, commonly known as the LAFC, is an American professional soccer team based in Los Angeles, California. LAFC competes in Major League Soccer (MLS) and is one of the most successful clubs in United States soccer.
Los Angeles FC was established on October 30, 2014, and started playing seasons in 2018 as an expansion team. LAFC’s home ground is BMO Stadium(Banc of California Stadium), a soccer-specific stadium located in Exposition Park with a capacity of around 22,000.
LAFC has had a savage rivalry with the LA Galaxy, which is the oldest of the two Los Angeles-based MLS teams. The managing owners of the Los Angeles Football Club are Brandon Beck, Larry Berg, and Bennett Rosenthal. Also, LAFC has a variety of other part owners.
On January 31, 2018, Los Angeles Football Club Los officially announced that YouTube TV would be their club’s jersey sponsor. In 2025, BMO Bank will be the Shirt sponsor and Adidas will be the Kit manufacturer brand for the Club.
